Great Change is always Preceded by Chaos

This book i’m reading, has this set of ‘rules” so to speak, about how to improve yourself. But an all around improvement. I’ve written them and read over them every once in a while, such good ideas. I feel better sometimes just having read them, not even acting on them. haha.

1. Higher Purpose- Know that you’re here to inspire, and love.

2. Appreciate someone who doesn’t know you feel that way, overlook tension. Express a guilty or embarrassed feeling.

3. Spend 10 minutes observing irritation, what you’re really feeling underneath anger.

4. Think good qualities about someone you really dislike. Look in the mirror and describe yourself as if you were the perfect mom. “you have beautiful eyes, hair, you’re the smartest” etc.

5. Think of 5 things your family wouldnt expect you to do, and do them. Create an outline for a novel based on your life.

6. spend a half hour just feeling what it’s like to exist

7. Express sympathy

8. Let two things out of your control, and see what happens

9. Compliment someone

10. Think of 5 things you want to be remembered for.
